1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 666p3 website and all associated content, features, services and functionality made available through the domain https://666p3.cam (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by 666p3 ("we", "us" or "our").

666p3 is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed to serve Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, as well as users in other jurisdictions where access is not prohibited. 5. Account Registration

Where registration is offered on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. You must not create an Account using false information, a fictitious identity or another person's details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 666p3 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

666p3 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or where required to do so by law.

6. Platform Use

The Platform and all Content are provided for informational and educational purposes. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform Content without express prior written consent from 666p3;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or any connected system;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract data from the Platform without explicit written authorisation;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and/or legal action:

• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers or circumventing restrictions;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or gaming results;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading KYC documents or identity information;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback abuse or manipulated deposit/withdrawal patterns;
• Harassing, threatening or causing harm to other users, platform staff or support agents;

8. Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method and user tier.

9. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from a gambling account is subject to the relevant Operator's withdrawal policy, applicable KYC verification requirements and any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. 666p3 does not control withdrawal processing timelines, which are determined entirely by the Operator and the chosen payment method.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666p3, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform Content;
• Any gambling losses incurred by a user with any referenced Operator;
• Unauthorised access to or use of 666p3's servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform;
• Any decision made by a user in reliance on Platform Content.

Platform Content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 666p3 makes no representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

15. Termination

666p3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory direction or business decision.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any balance held by the Operator at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the Operator's applicable withdrawal policy.

16. Amendments to These Terms

666p3 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666p3 is incorporated or registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Pakistan-specific note: These Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, nor an acknowledgement that Pakistani law applies to the operation of this Platform. Users are responsible for determining the legal implications of their use of this Platform under Pakistani law.
